I found an excellent site that is like nothing that I have come across before. Becominghuman.org offers a web documentary on Human Evolution. The description of the documentary is
"Journey through the story of human evolution in an interactive documentary experience."
Whether you accept the data in this documentary or not (Evolutionism vs Creationism), the site still offers some very good resources on items like "The Scientific Method" and "Fossil Dating and Profiling Methods". There are also plenty of external resources with each section of the documentary to keep a curious brain busy for hours or days.
If you are a budding anthropologist, a person eager to learn methods used by scientists, or just plain curious, this site is worth checking out.
